Dr. Lawal is based in London, United Kingdom, and holds a PHD in Law from the University of Newcastle UK, as well as a practicing lawyer in Nigeria with over 10 years’ experience.

Dr. Lawal is currently the co-chairman and organizer of the Nigeria-Africa Natural Resource & Energy Summit, a development platform initiated by the Nigerian Government Under the patronage of His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Platform concluded its inaugural annual conference in June 2022, with resounding success, and sessions spearheaded by the Nigerian Ministers of Petroleum Resources, Power and Mines and Steel development, as well as participation by dignitaries from 20 (Twenty) African countries and over 100 multinational companies in the energy and natural resource sector.

Dr. Lawal also has an inside knowledge and experience of Oil and Gas commercial law, having been a staff of the company secretary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation during his service year from 2010 to 2011.

Dr Lawal also has a keen interest in Academia having been a Law Tutor at Newcastle University, United Kingdom, as well as hold numerous seminars yearly in areas of oil and gas, commercial Law, and Mining Law.

Mr. Attah is a litigation specialist with practice experience of over 15 years. He is a founding partner and manages the firm’s operations in Abuja, Yola and several African Jurisdictions. Mr. Attah served as head of chambers in various law firms across the country, at A.A Mustapha & Co Kano, C. k Atiman & Co Abuja, Dominion Union Lagos. He is married with children and speaks Fulani, Hausa and English. He was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2023.

He is a Legal Practitioner and Legislative Draftsman based in Abuja Nigeria, with over 12 years experience in active legal practice. He was the Managing Partner of the firm for 10 years, and during that period, established operations and partnerships with top law firms across the globe.

He is currently serving as the Chief of staff/ Technical Assistant to the Registrar General of the Corporate Affairs Commission, having previously served as the Senior Special Assistant to the Deputy Senate President of the 10th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Barr(Dr) Sadiq, has over the years specialized in Corporate and Investment Law and has structured numerous transactions protecting the firms’ clients and sourcing financing for projects in Oil and Gas, Construction, Education, Climate Change mitigation and other sectors of the economy.

He routinely delivers lectures and seminars on Legal and climate change issues and was a panelist at the UN Climate Change (COP 29) summit in Baku, Azerbaijan and an organizer of the yearly Nigeria-Africa Natural Resource & Energy Summit.

Mr. Charles Ude is a qualified lawyer in multiple jurisdictions with wide experience in various areas of litigations, international commercial, and company law. He also has over 10 years of experience in Employment law, Oil and Gas, Energy and Power, IT law, Intellectual Property Law, and Private Client: Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.

He has advised numerous government agencies on Climate change matters and environmental law. He is vastly experienced in supervising and coordinating a team of lawyers and is excellent in searches, recoveries, communication, computer, and client skills Analytical, innovative, self–motivating, confident lawyer.

Additionally, Mr. Charles, has been a tutor and seminar facilitator for over 20 years, having conducted annual trainings for numerous agencies in Nigeria and Abroad, such as FIRS, CBN, NIRLSAL, among many.
